We want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with your Mustela products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
